SBI! or WordPress? Do The Math!
WordPress.com hosts 35 million websites. That is half of all of the sites in the world that use WordPress software.
322,000,000 people (WordPress proudly announces
) visit those sites monthly. Impressive? WordPress seems to think so.
But do the math...
That averages to 9 visitors per month, per site (including Mom!).
Over time, the number of Wordpress-hosted sites increase. But the key for e-business success, visitors per site, stays depressingly low.
How does SBI! compare?
The average SBI! site generates 6,400 visitors/month.
Our tens of thousands of sites amount to approximately 1/1,000th of the number of sites hosted by WordPress.com. That's only 1/10th of 1% of WordPress-hosted ("WP") sites.
But each averages 700 times more visitors per month.
For those who "see" numbers better, the image on the right shows you what that 700 to 1 ratio looks like.
Now Let's Consider What That Means...
After 1 month... 6,400 visitors vs 9 visitors
After 2 months... 12,800 visitors vs 18 visitors
After 3 months... 19,200 visitors vs 27 visitors
After 6 months... 38,400 visitors vs 54 visitors
After 12 months... 76,800 visitors vs 108 visitors
Think about it... Every time one person visits a WP site, 700 visit a competing SBI! site.
In fact, SBI!'s traffic stats are better than that because average monthly traffic increases from month-to-month...
The average monthly visits to SBI! sites has increased from 3,300 visits in Feb, 2010 to 9,400 visits in November, 2011. That's an increase of 2.8 times. On average, 6,400 visitors made 9,400 visits to each SBI! site in November, 2011.
And it gets even better...
The average SBI! website that is over 1 year old and that has over 100 pages attracts... are you ready?...
19,700 visitors per month. That's more than triple SBI!'s overall average. Work and be rewarded.
I host a few WP sites (which all together attract about 70 times less than my SBI! site. The time I wasted on it was of epic proportions.

Why is traffic so important?
Traffic Means Income
Do You Get Any Traffic At All?
If you scroll further down the WordPress stats page, you'll see that "notable" companies like CNN, UPS and CBS Radio are also hosted by WordPress.com.
In fact, there is a long list of high-traffic "notable users" (New York Times, Forbes, Jay-Z, MP3.com and so on).
If you factor their traffic out of the above stats from WordPress, does the average "little guy" get any traffic at all?
When you're building an online business, traffic is your lifeblood.
The more traffic you receive, the more income you earn, whether you're selling ads or aardvarks.
Even if you're simply building a non-profit hobby site, you're doing it because you want lots of people with the same passion to read your thoughts, ideas, and discoveries.
Otherwise, what's the point?
Do the math...
A 700-fold increase in traffic, all else being equal, means 700 times more income.
Given the only results that really count, please consider...
What Do You Think You Should Use To Build Your Online Business?
WordPress is basically of no value to the average person who wants to build an e-business. Due to all its holes as a business-builder, you have to build an entire business-building system that builds an online business.
It takes too much time and money to figure out the perfect combination of process, tools, constant updating/upgrading of everything, and personal guidance you can trust. That is harder to do than actually building your e-business...
- You will almost surely make mistakes along the way (and there is no room for mistakes).
- You will miss key steps that doom you before you write you first word of content.
- And you will almost certainly be misled by some bad information and poor tools, even get fooled by Get Rich Quick schemes or a variety of tricky strategies that either don't work or that Google will shut down (it always has).
It's hard enough to build a business online. You should not have to make it a whole lot harder and more expensive. With SBI!, you start with everything you need. The right approach is obvious...
Your business future is calling.
Build much more than a website or blog. Build an e-business that works.
Click here to order today and try it risk-free.
Given the above, you may be wondering why people choose WordPress if there is no success built into the system.
The reason is simple... the lemming-lure of "free!" Like lemmings, though, they head straight off a cliff.
It's not really free...
1) Factor in the value of the hundreds of hours you're going to lose before you realize your e-business dream is going to die.
Do the math. If you value your time at only $10 per hour, that's thousands of dollars of time down the drain.
2) If you are at all serious about your business, you soon realize that you need your own domain and better hosting features.
So you upgrade (from free) to a WordPress Value Bundle that costs $99 per year (shown image right).
Don't want to pay that much? Well, if you really do want a "free" site, you'll have to allow WordPress to put AdSense ads on it.
Yes, they make money off your work.
3) Finally, you need the tools that SBI! provides to do more than just "put up a site or blog." Those necessary business-building tools will cost you well over $1,000 per year.
Not Only Is WordPress Not Free, It's Far From Easy
WordPress tends to attract techs and tinkerers. They love to explore the endless options, but somehow never get around to building a business. To hear them tell it, you'd think WordPress is easy to set up and use.
It's not...
Speaking as a previous WordPress user, I can say the whole experience was a nightmare. And the nightmare never ended. Frequently, my blog would be down or have a technical issues.
- Harvey from novel-writing-help.com
With my WordPress blog, although running a premium theme and all the best market offers, I still have to check it all the time to make sure it is running properly. Theme collides with WordPress installation, plugins collide with each other, theme collides with plugins.
It is a ticking bomb all the time. It was down and broken for hours and days at time. And no, there is no support like here at SBI!. There are so many different suppliers that they all blame it on each other.
- Brankica from cool-small-pets.com
I tried WP once, and it was so complicated I felt like a dummy. Who wants to feel like that?
- Gina from my-green-home-project.com
Using WordPress, I guess I beat the average (I get about 14 visitors a day). But you almost have to be a developer to use some the tools, themes and plugins. With my young SBI site of 100 pages, I'm already hitting 86 unique visitors a day. With WP I don't see where it'll ever make money.

So What's Really Going On At WordPress?
In case you're wondering if anyone makes money, WordPress says that thousands of people are earning some excellent incomes. Unfortunately, they are the self-employed developers who sell stuff to WordPress users (according to WordPress's 2001 State of the Word). In other words...
WordPress may be the most incomplete business-building product in the world. As a result, an entire industry has sprung up to plug the holes. The people who fill the holes make the money...
- Designers create thousands of "themes" to give your site a "better-than-plain" look. The best cost upwards of $100 (and you have to buy it for each site). Bad ones can cause conflicts with WordPress, with unpredictable results.
- 170,000 sites have been built by 7,000 (and growing) WordPress developers.
- Thousands of programmers build plugins. It's a nightmare choosing between them all. There are 295 plugins just for adding a Meta Description tag. You'll need tons of them and then have to learn each one. And, just to really aggravate you, many of them break when WordPress upgrades its software.
Putting this jigsaw puzzle together is going to cost you a ton of time and frustration, as well as many hundreds of dollars. You have to get support from each supplier because WordPress does not support them. And you'll be needing support.
After all that work, you still won't have what SBI! delivers in one integrated package. No conflicts. Nothing breaks when SBI! upgrades. Everything... just... works. And you only ever have to reach us for support.
Bottom Line On WordPress?
Who Is WordPress For?
WordPress does have a fiercely loyal group of users. This may be you if...
1) You just want to use it "right out of the box" to doodle around with and put up a few thoughts.
2) You are an inveterate tech-tinker who loves complexity, tweaking, etc.
3) You can afford to have someone else do it for you. Of course, you could pay any webmaster to use any platform.
It has a huge, built-in "marketing machine" that is composed of tens of thousands of individuals and companies who "plug the holes." Just how big is that machine? Time to do some more math...
It is not just the many thousands of designers of templates, developers of sites and programmers of plug-ins (and, of course, multi-national web hosts who have the other half of all WordPress sites).
Multiply that number by the thousands of affiliates they have. It's a machine composed of 10s of millions of businesses, all pushing you to buy hosting (at WordPress.com or elsewhere), templates, plug-ins, and so on.
The "WordPress machine" takes time and money from WordPress users who try to turn WordPress into a business-building platform. WordPress users spend the time and money. They are "net negative earners" who feed the ecosystem of developers, designers and programmers... and WordPress!
It's a massive trap that does the everyday person with dreams of freedom through an online business a great disservice.
To be fair, there are some successful folks using WordPress. Out of 34,000,000 people (68,000 including other web hosts), there must be. But the stats say it all. A very small percentage succeed. For most...
You Can't Monetize 9 Visitors Per month
No traffic means no income.
You'll never hear WordPress tout the success rate of its sites. The math alone proves that WordPress sites fail.
On the other hand, SBI! is totally focused on delivering an all-in-one system that enables SBI! owners to succeed at unmatched rates and levels.
And we prove it, too!
Do The Math!
WordPress is far from free and it's hard to use for business-building. The odds are overwhelming that you'll spend thousands of hours and dollars beyond "free," only to finally leave another dormant blog or site on the Web. Instead...
Build your own Top 1% site
.
Most people fail because...
Another Reason Why Most Fail
Most WordPress sites nowadays are blogs. There is almost no "middle-class." You are, to over-simplify, either highly successful (rare) or struggling (most). It is a harder-to-succeed and poorer-paying model.
WordPress's claim to fame is blogging. If you use WordPress as a sitebuilder, it becomes just another sitebuilder. Pay your domain and hosting which starts the meter at $100... and counting.
- they lack the disciplined process of SBI!, which cannot be recreated even though some of the content is available for free online (there is also a ton of bad free content -- more time lost sorting it all out)
- they don't have the integrated, "do-it-all-for-you" approach that lets you get up and business-building right away
- they're missing all the tools that SBI! includes automatically (bought separately, they would cost you many times more than SBI!)
- they waste too much time trying to assemble information from gurus and tools from many sources into a perfect system that works (it will cost thousands in hours and dollars)
- there is too much choice, which is paralyzing (that's why grocery stores give you 4 different jams to sample, not 24)
- they have to spend yet more time keeping up with the firehose of information about Net marketing and related fields
- they lack the convenience of one place to go for support (Sitesell Support) and guidance (the unmatchable SBI! Forums).
Pass on the lemming call of "free." That lure is just the beginning of spending thousands of dollars in time and extras.
SBI! closes the holes. It leads SBI! owners by developing cutting edge new modules. It follows them by delivering on their "wish list." There are no choices to make, no time to waste.
Yes, there's less flexibility. But the upside of that simplicity is...
700 times more traffic and income.
